  1. Good point regarding Daniel being in a political position. To my knowledge, I have never seen the Org give an explanation as to why they view Daniel as a good example but modern JW’s as not.

    As for leaving out Christ, I am painfully aware of how the Org has been guilty of this in the past and continues to get worse. I firmly believe it is because they have basically removed Jesus from the equation so the GB can replace Him. Very disturbing.

    Look forward to your review of the March Broadcasting. There is a treasure trove of material. Like fish in a barrel.

    1. It still seems odd that they would need to replace Christ, because you could still have the GB with just as much control while still having Christ fully in the picture, right?

  2. The GB in effect become the mediators between humans and God. According to 1 Timothy 2:5, that is Jesus. The Org teaches that Jesus only mediates for 144,000, of which only a small “remnant” exist currently.

    This is why Christ’s role is greatly diminished. No room for 2 masters. The GB wants that all for themselves.
